With the influx of IDPs and the addition of 15 more roster spots, I believe the roster salary cap should be around 85M. I think making the cap 100M will cause more inflated salaries for certain players. Most teams should still have about 40-50M with a cap of 85M. Most teams most expensive players are Offensive Linemen. LOL. Go figure, but they are protecting usually their next expensive player which is a QB. either way.. since Brian is very diplomatic we should vote to the amount of salary cap.

Plan on this being the salary cap for the next 3 years, so provide some room for salary inflation.
I also will not make it so that the team with the most cap *starts* over the cap. I'm not going to vote yet until I see more teams total salaries and how close they are to the $100M cap. If no one is even close, I'd agree we want to drop it. Kind of just threw the $100M out there assuming that OL would cost about $20M per team (real life cap is $120M)

I agree with commish. Till everybody or atleast most everybody posts there rosters so we can see what kind of salary most have left I can't honestly vote on this. I'm leaning towards 85 to 90 Million but again I want to wait to vote

I like $85.
Keeps the salaries in line vs average players going for 10+ Million.

I also went with 85 Million. After doing some research on roster breakdown in the NFL and where the salary money is spent I believe 85 Million will be enough with not having O Line to worry about. I have to say 90 would also be fine but I would like to see FA not get out of hand. 100 Million will cause people to over bid and we all know that isn't good for leagues like this. Just My Opinion!

yeah this will be interesting
while most teams won't even be close to the cap, it seems like in the NFL that is mainly by choice - i'm tempted to vote for the $90M round number ;D

You guys need to consider that many free agents are not signed yet, and teams would rather have some of them then the filler from the original 35 man roster... I voted for 100m. As long as all teams have the same cap, there is no advantage to anyone.

7-4 for $85M or under.
Looks like we may have a few smart GM's in this league after all!!
$85 makes the most sense for keeping salaries under control!!

I totally agree... the 100M would just be crazy... especially later when some of these younger guys become FAs... I hope a Salary cap is set pretty soon so we know who to keep on our roster and make a plan for FAs... thanks.

Did I call someone dumb? Let me speak my mind, I don't need a control freak over reacting.

You called the people who agreed with you "smart"
Don't need to be a rocket scientist to see the implication
If you do not think the commissioner of a league should have control of the league, I apologize. That will not change however.
