St. Louis Rams Trade:[/u]
RB Mark Ingram (NO) ('12:$0.72M,'13:$1.049M,'14:$1.387M,'15:UFA) RB Roy Helu (WAS) ('12;$0.465M,'13:$0.555M,'14:$0.645M,'15:UFA) 2012 3rd Round Pick (MIN)
For
Minnesota Vikings Trade:[/u]
RB Maurice Jones-Drew (JAX) ('12:$4.45M,'13:$4.95M,'14:UFA)
*St. Louis Rams accept and confirm this deal. We do this deal to an an elite RB to our backfield. We are looking to win this division this yea and while it is VERY hard to badder 3 years of EACH helu and Ingram vs. 2 years of MJD; we felt we had to roll the dice.
**Minnesota Vikings to follow and confirm. As always TOUGH negotiations, but it's always a good time! Good luck to all involved. Interested to see what you build there in MIN.

Vikings confirm.
With many holes to fill on this roster and only ONE starting RB in my backfield, albeit a VERY good one, you dont win this league with just ONE good RB. I am taking a HUGE gamble betting on a Mike Shannahan RB and Ingram in a pass first offense, I need the depth and hope that if one breaksout it can help carry my offense. Always a pain in the ass dealing with Josh and surprised a deal got done. LOL.
Good luck to Rams this season.
