San Diego Chargers Trade: Miles Austin (DAL) ('12:$1.15M,'13:$6.75M,'14:$5.5M,'15:$6.9M,'16:$11.4M,'17:UFA) Delone Carter (IND) ('12:$0.465M,'13:$0.555M,'14:$0.645M,'15:UFA)
For
San Francisco 49er's Trade: 2012 1st Round Pick (STL) 2012 1st Round Pick (SF) 2012 2nd Round Pick (SF)
*The San Diego Chargers accept and confirm this deal. We hate to lose a healthy Miles Austin who is always effective and productive, as well as Carter who should have a major role in the Indy backfield. However, we wanted to get into the draft and get some youth in the SD organization.
**The San Francisco 49er's to follow and confirm. Great working with Alex. Good Luck to all involved!

i feel that i have a chance to compete this yr if Smith plays well again and Carter gets carries along with Grant now on my roster i really like Crabtree and Austin together things look to be shaping up and my D should perform nicely again so i like where we're going i hated losing picks but man when Miles is healthy he is a DAMN good WR
