1) Dwayne Bowe
2) Vincent Jackson
We will be using our first franchise tag on WR Dwayne Bowe (KC). If WR Vincent Jackson (SD) DOES NOT sign with the (real life) Chargers, then we will be using our second franchise tags on Jackson. However, if Jackson DOES indeed resign with the (real life) Chargers, then the "Lifer Tag" will now be applicable and applied to Jackson. If Jackson returns to the Chargers with the lifer tag, then we will use our second franchise tag on DB Thomas DeCoud (ATL)
